Picture done by a contact of mine of a smol little bear of death. Normally capable of just hugging someone to death, now he's capable of powerful electrical blasts, tearing people open with barbed wire that he can generate around his arms and spin like buzzsaws, and slashing open enemies with his claws.
Psuedo-DBZ style, but I think it's funny.
