Sooo this spawned from foorubbish telling me they’d like to see this sorta scene in my style. And i mean, how can I deny a request of a rare moment of papa G with his bandages off lookin lovingly at his wife.
I just had to paint that and stuff.
This is sorta a bit rushed though, been working on it in between things. So sorry if it's a bit eh.

I am completely enthralled with From Software's creations and Bloodborne sealed it once and for all. I have both of the collectors guides so I could horde the artwork and I've only ever played through Gascoigne and the Cleric Beast so far. I only got the chance to play at a buddies house so I didn't have time to plow through the entire thing. Soon though I will have a PS4 and I will give that game the attention it deserves. I love your take on Gascoigne as more than just a beast. Your work has always seemed to be deeper than just ravening monsters but creatures with multiple facets so I think Gascoigne's character probably speaks to you on a subconscious level.
Oh gosh yeah same here. I really wish I had more of the guides and stuff, I'm waiting to get the art book I ordered.
I really love that the game gives us characters like Djura to sort of hammer it in that these were people once, that there could be hope for these things if you weren't just killing them madly. I mean the beasts never attack him or his friend, so he's on to something there.
But yes, you actually noticed something that I feel most people don't know about my stuff! Pretty much none of my monsters are ever intended to be evil or mean. Horrifying looking maybe, but usually not evil. Ever since I was a child I disliked the idea that monsters are evil just because they're monsters, so a character like Gascoigne who even as a human, seems brutish in appearance, has a family and children. It really appeals to me.

Definitely keep an eye out for them on ebay, I got mine for really good deals. These books are at least 50 a piece and I think the most I've paid is 35 for a brand new one.
I really loved Eileen and how she is adamant about her job but absolutely doesn't rejoice it. Her task is to kill Hunters who have fallen and for her it's like mercy. Taking them away from the bloodlust that consumed them.
It was always easy for me to see them as neutral, they never appear to do anything overtly sadistic. My character could very easily be seen as evil over any of your because frankly he's almost always brutally eviscerating things. Yours appear in various scenarios from mundane to heartwarming more often than horrifying.
