So Pelagia has a bit of mutations:

-Wave ver. legs (enables easier travel in liquid environment)

Pelagia is inspired somewhat and named after Pelagia Noctiluca, a certain type of stinging jellyfish, and her personality can somewhat demonstrate that! A bit stinging at first but she warms up to you later~
She is a seamstress, and seeks knowledge about artisan crafts all over the universe. She created this "fish" when she visited Earth, but got the details mixed up with other fishlike creatures she saw in her travels. If you ask her about it she will insist there's nothing inaccurate about it //w//
