Selena is Saul the glaceon's twin sister, a nudist Glaceon with a pinch of Absol influence (thus the tail). I didn't have much of an idea of her personality, other than it was implied she was playful and mischievous in previous pictures of her. She has a more defined muscle tone to her stomach than most of my girls, mostly because the ref was done by
PCADuck. Also, Selena's blue stocking markings have been extended to reach almost to her knee, instead of just part of the foot like a normal Glaceon. This is because the ref had her glove markings reaching nearly to her elbow (which I actually screwed up on with her right arm), where they'd usually stop a few inches from the wrist.
I actually drew this today at school, and my friends kept making fun of me since the ref I was given was totally NSFW. XD

I think I know the reference you were using considering that I happened to have been on the page of the person who the character belongs to.
Still, I think it was pretty cool idea wise- a Vaperon with an Absol's tail. Due to the blue it all... matches.
In this one.. I can quite literally say that I'm happy with the coloration turn out personally speaking. Due to the amount of blues in the picture here it... works. As the shadowing is light [I can still see that you did it, as it's apparent in the hair. ] it's still.. effective.
The pose well.. it suits her. As she's a Vaporeon, it would be best that she looks like she would be lounging near some body of water and- lo and behold, she does. [Moreso with her hands behind her head like that. That's a pretty damn good touch as it shows personality as well.]
