From what I mentioned at Allen's profile upload, he's been making a prince persona just to make himself stand out to others, and from his research on princes and royalty fashion sense...this is the result.

"Meet the great Prince Allen, a prince who's wise, confident, great leadership skills, great fashion sense, and great perseverance are what makes him a great prince, a prince that all should respect or else they'll be banned from seeing him! He's a fairly kind prince as he'll never give gruesome punishments to the commoners!"

...uh, that's basically Allen's description of his persona hehe...this was fun to do to design, and I've gotten fairly decent with shading this too.
