As a human infant, Cerian was experimented on and eventually morphed into an anthro teenage cat, dubbed "Little Thief," raised and taught the trade of theft by the doctor who had made her into an anthro. Another anthro experiment, a half cybernetic she-wolf named Damavor, helped Cerian and the third experiment, Aria the Lemur, escape after having set the laboratory ablaze. Cerian eventually furthered her skills in thieving and learned the art of belly dancing, mastering it with ease thanks to her innate feline agility and grace. Her skills in both earned her a place in a gang of thieves, led by a crude jaguar named Amaroq.
Hearing of a stash of treasure owned by another gang of thieves, hidden in a mountain cave in South Korea, Amaroq sent Cerian to scout ahead and scope out any guards. To her luck, those who were guarding it were off in China, making amends with a clan of wolf vigilantes who had suffered their marauding. But one stayed behind. Confident in her seduction skills, Cerian approached him under the guise of a lost, cold, tired, and hungry wanderer, and the guarding thief, a gentle and chivalrous snow leopard named Gansahan, could not turn her away, nor turn away from her.
Needless to say, her gratitude came in the form of a personal performance for the knightly leopard. It was love at first sight for both, despite both hiding it, but short lived as his trance from her dance left him vulnerable, and knocked unconscious by Cerian's fellow thieves. Gansahan was given the chance to escape, but refused to do so without her. Eventually, they escaped together. After travelling to China with Gansahan, and reuniting him with his family, Cerian asked the chief of the wolf tribe, Lang Shu, to track down Amaroq and reclaim Gasahan's family treasures from Amaroq.
Though untrusting of her sincerity, given her past as a thief and her skills as a seductress, Shu agreed and set off with her and Gansahan to punish the jaguar. Once caught up with him, Shu and Gansahan easily overcame him. But once the battle was thought to be over, Amaroq unsheathed his claws again once Shu's back was turned, and Cerian leapt into action, knocking Amaroq unconscious. Despite her efforts, Shu could easily sense Amaroq reviving, but let her believe she saved him, for she had proven herself trustworthy, and the two became close friends.
Cerian is more in touch with her feral instincts than most anthros, and her attention span and social etiquette can suffer for it, at times. Despite this, she is sweet, considerate, and affectionate to a fault, and puts all of her effort into brightening every moment she's in, no matter how dark or even how bright it may already be. As Gansahan's mate, she travels the world with him, both seeing the sights and occasionally lifting riches and treasures simply for fun. Every night, she dons the custom-made belly dancer outfit Gansahan bought for her and works her leopard charming magic. The two look forward to a litter in the near future.
