This was a visual reply to an awesome thing
toeclaws showed me. X3 Waited a little while to post-- this is a for-fun paint done quickly, more to work off my NEED to sketch feet quickly than anything else. :3
It's
toeclaws! And the paint is meant to be translucent and loose, and I like how the gradient tints TC's giant toes. It's a C1 paw class, but that's okay just this time ;p
Enjoy! I am OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS AT HAGGLABLE RATES and every bit I earn goes to me launching my life soon this year! I hope really hard! X3 SAVINGS GOOOOO

MUSCULARRRRR WITH TOUCHABLE MUSCLES RIPPLING UNDER FUR AND SOLEHIDE AND TOE TENDONS TUGGING AT YOUR FINGERS.
Oh gosh I teased myself more @////@;
Best part is he probably really has this IRL with all his outdoorsness! X33333 And damp clean paws from exercise and good care. cx Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy--
protips: sticking the heel out adds attitude and the illusion of force and strength, because you can apply more force with a big heel to run and leap forward (imagine if you had no heel)
-a prominent achilles tendon implies strength and tension and a toned low-fat look, compare with a larger person's achilles tendons sometime!
-squash and stretch implies force or lack of it! squashing the big toe down implies immense force exerted on it, it is the drive toe upon which we put ALL our force to initiate movement
-defining calf muscles well equals SEXY SEXY SEXY. knowing how the multiple layers of muscle are shaped and how to draw them adds believability and contributes to eye appeal
-look at your ankle bones. the inner lump sits higher on the leg than the outer lump, though that is exaggerated here
THIS IS WHAT MAKES FEET SO DARN SEXY DANGIT
now go out there and DRAW SOMETHING PEOPLE WILL UNZIP THEIR SHORTS TO XDDD

Heeee! For serious... the muscles and tendons and everything just look so fantastic here. And yeah, I'd have to imagine all those lovely forms would be accentuated more in somebody who does exercise and/or outdoorsy stuff more!
Those are all fantastically good tips that I should and will keep in mind. ^^ I've got a lot I can learn from you when it comes to anatomy and making muscles look dynamic and correct and whatnot. That comic I've been working on certainly helped and got me some good practise at least, see the comments you and I exchanged about the allure of Nayalegs. o///o But yeah... pronouncing the heel and achilles tendon, and paying closer attention to where the ankle bones fall... and I'd certainly benefit from doing more research into actual muscle arrangements. ^^
These are seriously good tips! And yes the way you've done all these things here makes the feets veeeeeeeeeeeeerry sezzy. ^^
