AAGGHHHHH this is one of my favorite movies. I didn't see it until high school, but I latched on TIGHT. I had a digital recording of it from late-night TV, and I watched it probably a dozen times in just a few weeks. I love the design, I love the characters, I love the animation, I love the story, and MAAAAN did I have a crush on Jim Hawkins! o_O
So when I heard of a Treasure Planet fanzine, I signed right up, and I poured every bit of digital painting skill I have in to this one. The fanzine never left the ground, but I still have this to show for it, and I'm still pretty thrilled.

Yessss.
I went through this weird period of denial where I would mentally increase baby-Jim's age so that "twelve years later" it wouldn't be creepy for me to find him so attractive. But... at 25, that method doesn't really work so well. I just have to own that I'm an old creeper. xD
