As far as when i decided to come up with a name for him, I considered what sounds you might get naturally from reptiles like S's, Z's, and added a hard sound to the end of it. I almost left it without the y in it, but put it in to give it a more traditional barbaric tribe feel, going with an idea of his parents naming him in a very traditional sense.
