Recently took a carbine course (with my normal 5.45 lol, not this unobtainable 5.56 beauty) and was very pleased with it. Was a fun day of pinging steel with a bunch of great guys. Made a few new friends. And I can finally get back to art with a lot of BS out of the way now! that I had to take care of! like a responsible adult! for once! maybe!

Personally, it surprised me when I learned that oneself can learn military-level tactical skills despite being a civilian, even though oneself has never served in the armed forces before.
And that a good deal of these courses are conducted by genuine retired military personnel, Some of them being former Special Operations operatives even!
