Admiral Salomon Arthur Johnson is an English mastiff, an efficient, rigorous and brutal man, but uncorruptable and honest to the bone. He would hang a child for stealing, anyway, as this is written law. His nickname is indeed "Hanging Johnny", there are songs about him. The only, but immense handicap is: He is not the smartest or most creative membe rof the Royal Navy. This will lead to some rather unpleasent events in the future....
Anyway, if you are an innocent civilist who ask for help, he will not hesitate to help you with all his power.
