After a bit of dicking around with it, I am happy to give my approval of this new art program I got. It’s basically Sai with more features, which is fantastic because Sai has been my go-to program for a couple of years now. Also, sparkles! It’s a manga program so there are these hilarious patterns for cross-hatching. I originally had a lot more patterns slapped on here for comedic purposes, but I toned it down to just sparkles lol
