it's a horror adventure/comic/thingy called nan quest! you can read it here although warning: it contains gore, a bit of body horror, general Creepy Shit, and one very short instance of sexual violence (sort of????). it's really really good and i recommend it, along with the previous story by that artist, ruby quest (which is like. more lovecraft-y)
if you're familiar with mspa it's a similar style to that

I've heard of Ruby quest before but never looked into it!
