March is almost over! :o
Did you know it's almost 10 years since Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red? :ohnoes: This year is not only the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, it is also the 10th anniversary of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon!!! I've been feeling a little nostalgic about this game lately. After all these talks about feels in video games... this is one I remember most fondly... my team, Charmander and his partner Chikorita. Inseparable and fought together to sky pillar to save the world... I picture this piece happening at the turning point of the game, where the whole town (spoilers) hate you when they realised you were a human turned Pokemon, and you had to run away... but your partner was there, smiling, supporting you to the very end, a touching friendship. This game bring back lots of fun and emotional memories....
----
Here is another lighting and style test. I'm still trying to experiment and find a suitable style. Forced myself to hard shade and not soft shade Charmander and Chikorita. Playing around with the colours, combinations and how they look in effect. Chikorita and Charmander incidentally makes a great practice - as Charmander's Red and Orange complements Chikorita's green very well. They provide a nice and strong contrasting colours which makes this a way to experiment complementary and primary colours....
Also, my logo is complete so you know this picture is mine.
