Wow...I'm a little shocked I never posted this one. 
astolpho was doing digital sketches with optional upgrades to proper watercolors. I got this one upgraded and it remains one of my favorite pictures of Kit ever. The original is framed and on my wall, and it also featured on the Rainfurrest Field Guide (schedule book) in 2011.
The Ranger Scout thing has nothing to do with Zootopia, obviously. It's more intended as combination of an adventurous cub scout, and his imagination of himself as a fantasy ranger.
