A design I made custom for a story, the story won't go through, but I'm keeping the character and some of the other designs I've made.
Saisho is an anthro budgie and a new member of the king's guards. Specifically designed to appear young, inexperienced.
...a lot of research went into just her design alone. I might reuse her later somewhere else, though. Just not in the original story intended since the social structure featured in the story drifts too damn close to how Zootopia was presented.
