For the month of March, the theme for Character Design Challenge was Legend of Zelda. So here is a Rito from Wind Waker.
Funny story: I originally wanted to redesign the atrocious Oocca from Twilight Princess, but as it progressed, the end result just looked so much like a Rito I went "screw it" and continued along those lines.
