Violet is the fursona of Lacy, a notable fursuit maker ( http://lacy.timduru.org/lacysfursuits.html )and friend of my friend Tabbicus. Tabbicus told me she'd like a drawing of her, one that is rather more adult then this but I've decided to do a mature version and a clean version of her... in case she needs a reference picture for future drawings.

While coming up with ideas, I was playing Mortal Kombat: Deception on my new PS2 and noticed how the colors in Mileena's costume matches perfectly with Violet's color scheme. Plus I've always been a Mileena fan anyways, I think she's cool and sais are definately a sexy accesory... Ever since Elektra, Mortal Kombat, and even Return of the Mummy sais have become the definative femme fatale's weapon. Also without anything to go by as a dog breed, looking at her fursuit I thought she kind of looks like a cocker spaniel. Nice thing about spaniels is their ears work out great as hair, especially since I don't like to add hair to a furry if it's not neccisary. And of course she doesn't have Mileena veil because I wanted to show Violet's face... and no she doesn't have the protruding sharp teeth becuase I wouldn't do that to her LOL

Also look closely and you can see a little spin-off I did of the MK logo ;)
