Point your feet straight ahead, parallel to eachother, hip width distance apart
Move your sit bones apart from eachother
Gently try to drag your feet together, keeping your knees centered over your ankles
Hinge into the bend from just your hip joint, keeping your back arched
Bend your knees until your hands can touch the ground, then do the opposite of arching your back - round it and let your head hang not using your neck at all
Then work on trying to straighten your legs, continuing to slightly drag your feet together
