Off course the subtitle of the team logo is just for the fun. I don't consider my ocs to be better than any others.

The Outsiders come from an AU (alternative Universe) of Sonic game series. This highly-technologically advanced reality is the cradle of three main civilizations :

Terra-Mobius, a alternative version of Earth were humans and Mobians lives, the technology is slightly more advanced than Earth's.
Klein (https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=490700), cousin of the Mobian albeit with few anatomical change.Their technology is decades ahead to Terra-Mobius'.
And Zenith, extremely advanced military-centric human race whose the homeplanet is in a neighbour galaxy, on the Yehudah system but who have colonised a close planet.

Each members of the Team come from one of these faction, and they are :

Zetta "Setekh" Lee Yin [澤塔 禮 胤 / シェテク - Zé'tǎ Lǐ Yìn/Seteku],
a caracal former-thief and assassin from a reformed criminal organisation know as the Exiles, on Terra Mobius, now military-sponsored bounty hunter. Devoid of any power, he compensate this by his speed, agility and the force of his Southern Chinese martial art or of his "Reapers". A pair of handgun whose peculiarity to use super-compressed projectiles of air which, due to the Xenithian’s advanced technology, can shatter stone and steel. As long there is oxygen, there is no need to reload.

Taline Margaryan [Թալին Մարգարյան / タリン・マルカリャン - Tarin Marukarian], a Vixen born on Xenith planet in the Yehuda system. This war orphan joined a mercenary group and became famous in her nation for her marksmanship. She later joined, with ulterior motive, the Xenithian army, notably a pacifying international commando known as the "Edelkrall".

Finding herself magically on Terra-Mobius along her commando during her last mission, with the body of a vixen and the power of aura manipulation, she ended up to works for the GUN as a part-time special agent after being forgiven of her out of vengeance betrayal towards her commando.

Ebrahim Hasân ad-Şemshyr
[ابراهيم حَسَن الشمسشير / エブラーヒーム・ハサーン アド=セムシール / チェシャー - Iburāhīmu Hasān ado-Semushīru / Cheshā]
A red Tabby/Tukish Van. Son of head of a mystic order and cult called “Al-dervişlerim”. A occult group that rejected Kleinian society and the governments, focusing on obscure art called magic, Ebrahim or like he call himself "Abraham H Cheshire" was raised in a monastic-like atmosphere, disciplinary and full of magic. His interaction was society was limited but he lacked of nothing. Since his childhood he had access to magic and spells he started to learn when he was old enough.

Cartomancy his his art of predilection and as his parents were also artifact and relic hunters he decided to make it his profession when he developed a skill called "Clairvoyance", making him able to sensor energy and see the invisible. His parents allowed him to join the international guild of relic-hunting and it's during one of these mission for the Guild that he encounter Setekh and Taline, forming the Outsiders.
But watch out, even if he's specialised in magic : one would be surprised to see how acrobatic, and good with his fits and legs he can be...
