Now that Nick Wilde has a *real* job, as a cop of all things, Finnick's been looking for some more legitimate employment to stay under the radar. This Easter morning, the options have been scant. His ears are terribly uncomfortable cooped up in that tiny hood. Worst. Job. Ever.
What? You thought Judy Hopps would be an Easter bunny? How stereotypical!
Also noteworthy is the basket's apparent hammerspace and how awful sand dunes are for hiding Easter eggs.

Not much of a lap there no. XD
Though honestly, I suspect Finn dislikes most children anyway. I could see him have some sympathy for kids who hail from his sort of side of the streets. And I do think he sort of semi-adopted Nick as a little brother, when Nick was still only about 12 and starting to do the conning thing. But beyond that I think he couldn't STAND the more common more spoiled type of kids at all.
