The loser is the one who first touches the ground with anything other than his feet, so if the wolf is on top of the fox it's natural to assume the fox is touching the ground first. :D

I think the fox has a good chance here actually! The wolf is putting all his weight on the fox, but if the fox can slide out from under there the wolf will topple over! :)
