Rynn yawned and stretched, squinting in the bright sunlight that fell into his den. His growling stomach reminded him that it had been far too long since he had last eaten. The fox stood up and reached for his bow, feeling cool, soft moss under his pawpads, his ears touching the low ceiling of his den as he shouldered his quiver. Then, sniffing the air, his mouth watering with the anticipation of a good meal, he stepped out into the warm morning sun.
