While I do my own bookbinding at times, I've also bought sketchbooks from others who do bookbinding as well. In this case, a small blue side-stitched book (you can see the ends of the stitches on the left side of the cover) with a skunk that I bought from  xenotropos.

With that cover, and the fact that I do have a couple of skunk characters, going with a skunk theme for the book was obvious.

Obvious other title: "You can call me Flower if you want to."
