Vladimir has an innate ability to manipulate anything like it was programming code (virtual warping), which works in unsion to his immutability which he cannot be manipulated by outside forces regardless of power, except of his own. The major flaw in this, is that he still can feel pain, but he can just warp it to the point where it doesn't affect him. He often gets picked on by his older cousin, Ratchet; and since Ratchet has his own set of special abilities, they made a pact that they wouldn't use them for bad. Since they both grew up together and became so close that they considered each other to be brothers.
