Reporting for duty, SAH.
This is possibly as serious a picture as you'll get me drawing, and considering the ABIGUOUSLY CAMP colour scheme, it's still not that serious.
The uniform's based on that of the mighty M. Bison, (YESH, YESH) and the gun is a Mauser C96, sans stock, which I chose purely for the awesome shape.
I'm a sucker for a peak cap and cape.
