I'm thinking the undercity is a little too bland gray. If I may make a suggestion, a little faint blueish environment glow at the very bottom to make it fit a little more? Right now it pops because it is so blah. I'm thinking your intention is to let the skyline stick out and I think that would help.

I'm not sure what the technique is called but it has something to do with using colorwheel opposites as shadows to make the highlights seem stronger.

Complementary colors.

Those 10 hours were worth it. But I agree with JamesTigris, the bottom looks flat.

I am not sure about that complementary colours thing: the dark bottom level sticks out like that I`d say, since everything beautiful in this pic is still existing, but practically the past. The Floor is the future for whoever identifies with the flag...the objective(guerilla,..).
fantastically disturbing I find the _thought_ of mine that the flag would never be there when it would make sense, making the whole picture seem more... artsy xD it actively says "I tell something"- It`s like the aimed beginning of a "now what/what if" discussion..
