oh man, i love the eyes on her. <3 And the backghround is snazzy, and goes with her even. n.n I like this one quite much. :3

Yep. Well, The eyes were my first decision. It took me a good part of 10 minutes deciding on what colour to make her body... not as long to do the rest. I always figure that if a colour is used somewhere, it should be used in more than one place. So, the belt, glasses and insides of the gloves are a pink/red. The vest n boots, well they're purple, but a different shade than the eyes.

As for the background, I remembered a description of another pic of her in a city, so I figured a cheesy cityscape would help.
