funny thing is, he has something that can actually repair his eyes totally for about an hour at a time! Only problem is, he cant see where he left it!

Indeed. However, the question is: will he be taken seriously? Some people might just laugh or walk off the lab seeing this child pretend to be a great scientist...
Others might try to take advantage of the blind child to take a clsoe look at some stuff he has in his lab... *whistles innocently*

Whuff...poor thing. I can relate though, I was blind for almost twenty nine hours, thanks to being caught in an explosion while in Iraq. THAT was the most terrifying day and a half of my life

Someone could use laser vision correction. Or at least contact lenses. Or a spare set of glasses in a handy spot in case of problems like this.
