The last time I attempted this song, I managed to totally spike the mic levels pretty much all the way through, so I wanted a chance to redo it. I love how this song is similar in spirit to the cover I did about a year ago of "Falcon in the Dive" from the musical "The Scarlet Pimpernel" (which you can listen to by clicking here), but so different in delivery. Both songs convey the message "I will relentlessly pursue this man in the name of justice," but "Falcon in the Dive" is a lot more fiery and anger-fueled while "Stars" is calmer and more introspective.
