Initial exam.

Symptoms presented two weeks ago (1/29/21), when tail growth became evident; subject sought treatment 2/1/21, and was referred to our research study. Tail currently measures approx. 1'4" in length. Analysis of X-rays suggests a canid species. As usual for an in-progress mutation, tail currently lacks fur; expecting full fur growth in 1-3 months, depending on species/breed. No other physical changes evident.

Predicted Omega Date: 7/15/21.
