This little image was based on something that my boss once told me during a political conversation.
The subject of the matter was about the news media and how it is told or withheld.
He said, "There's a difference in what I watch than everyone else. There are no barking dogs."
After the end of the subject and moving onto the next one, the concept of made sense. When you see
a news commentator interviewing the guest depending on your news channel and the subject itself.
The question you'll ask yourself, "I wonder if there's an argument coming." The more I see it, the more I see
a bunch of raging and pissed off dogs wanting to tear each other apart. The only thing missing is if the audience
is throwing money at the screen.
This to me is my version of Political News Satire.
Information that is not only late but irrelevant to your
understanding of the world outside of the country.
I know one thing, I will have objections or naysayers.
Go ahead, bring your objections. By the end of, you'll know that this is accurate
and it will get worse as time goes on. When you go so far as to shouting in your arguing, your teeth will
eventually start showing and you find out if your bite is as bad as your bark.

Yup and here's another example.
Remember the Nigerian women stolen
by radical rebels? They tried pitching the news to CNN and CNN
said, "It's not shocking enough." 2 weeks later they report it.
There's your example about how irrelevance is on the
subject of fact.
This to me is just an example of how sophistication has died.

This is great, I think it pretty much nails it, independent of what station you choose, it always seems to devolve into a shouting match. Reason is replaced by emotion and, and rational thought becomes pariah as it does not feed the emotion of the audience.
I do not believe there is a desire anymore to conduct the duty of the journalist inform, to hold public figures accountable for their misdeeds, and much less to perform the duty of the news media, to communicate facts and occurrences, and so as to allow people to do their own analysis and come up with their own conclusions. Instead, they feed us the conclusions and analysis we have become too lazy to make, and we feed them profits. All this, and 0 fucks are given by the lives effected and destroyed by the content provided.
I guess this one aspect of life in the US I'm glad I'm on rotation in Korea for, I do not miss the endless cycle of "news" force fed to us on a daily basis, and it is nice to get a new perspective of the world from other sources (though I'm sure that refreshing feeling will dissipate as I begin to understand the prejudices and biases espoused by media here, but still, it is at least something different for now)
Good stuff man, wouldn't mind seeing more work of this nature in the future.
