The vampire Orloc, as he appears in Dystonia, is an experiment conducted by the War of the Worlds martians on a Tomanian soldier, Thomas Hutter. After decades of being imprisoned in an old large bunker complex in west Tomania, he's understandably pissed beyond measure. Especially considering his new biological need for blood.
So when the Allies cross the border into Tomania after V-day, he'll finally will have nourishment.
He finally met his long awaited end at the hands of Prt. Rober Helsing with a bayonet through his heart.
