Painted (Lineless) Icon Prize for Star-Waffle of DeviantArt featuring their character Tobias, from the 300k Kiriban on DeviantArt that I held recently! :>
Whoo, what a wicked character! I was asked to give Tobias a snarly expression, and wanted to make it look like he's got some really pent-up rage! His markings reminded me a bit of electricity for whatever reason, so I went with some lightning effects for the background.
