Auren and Leo had a Christmas party at their house Every year The pair kindly providing a place were those who wanted to could enjoy other furs company on christmass. Walking up the steps Hot dish in one hand and holding the little mittened hand of Two-shoes in the other TreBor knocked at the door." It cold." The grey kitten spoke up as the wind twirled snow about the sides of the house nipping the pairs nose in the process. " yes it is soon, dear soon well be in side and warm" The white stallion gave his little girls paw a squeeze as he heard the sound of feet coming to the door.

"Well if it isn't the Dnalgets, so glad you and your daughter could make it."The tall dark stallion who let them in smiled as the pair knocked snow from their shoes. " wouldn't miss it for the world Jager and its good to see you to. Shaking hands and then helping the little one get her coat off TreBor watched as Two-shoes surveyed the room There were other little ones playing running and laughing and which looked fun, instead of joining in though she moved closer to daddy clinging to his leg, not scared necessarily more possessive. " I see she hasn't stopped being a daddy's girl." The taller stallion observed taking the offered dish to the kitchen as the duo followed. " Yeah but its okay" Reaching down TreBor lifted his daughter into his arms resting her on his hip. Setting the dish on the counter Jager nodded. " Well be it far from me to tell you how to raise your kid, So what did you bring this year. Tell me its not.." the Stallion made a face " Lutefisk?" The white stallion laughed " oh, no not this year I saw the reactions everyone had to it when i opened the lid, this year its just a simple tatter tot hotdish." Jager sighed. " Good I've smelled allot of things and that fermented fish dish rely curled my nose."

After all the Guests arrived there was a small prayer and the food was served.The kitchen a bustle of activity as furs moved through filling their plates. Having set up Two-shoes with much protest in a high chair next to him TreBor moved through the line adding what he though she would eat onto the plate. Reaching the desert table at the end He was surprised to see a little sign attached to a plate of dark cookies. " Kids only" was written on it in rough red crayon. " Hhhmmm?" lifting one to examine it TreBor took a nibble making sure it wouldn't offend his little one. " oh gosh that is to sweet." Placing the cookie on his plate knowing for sure would be a hit with his little one He made his way back to the table and feed her sneaking in little bites of his own plate as she cleaned off hers.

After the meal Everyone retired to the living room to let their stomachs settle. Claiming the corner chair with his Little one TreBor began to tell Christmas stories to his little one, soon his bold hand movements and loud voice attracted another little one and he smiled weaving another tale more fanciful then the last enjoying the amazed looks the children gave him as he told tall tales to the easily influenced youngsters.
