I have FINALLY been able to make a clear, concise reference for my mascot, Lune! He's had.. how many references and design changes thus far? Three? He's rocking some damn spiffy J-RPG/Anime hair, like he used to! I always intended for him to be Kingdom Hearts-inspired and I need to draw him (or commission him to be drawn) cosplaying Sora or something. ; 3 ;
I feel like he is now fully-realized and I will not be changing his design anytime soon! I love this fella and he really doesn't get drawn enough. He inspires me a lot, though, and will always be my most treasured character. Lune turns age two on April 12th!

I remember having stacks of Lisa Frank coloring books and I would reference the characters a lot. It helped me grow and advance over time until I started developing my own cartoon style. It definitely helps to have a lot of inspiration when you're an aspiring artist! :)
I still want to commission you for an anthro piece of him (probably dressed as Sora if you can manage it!) because it would be really cool to see him in your style! :D
