Intriguing...one of the thing that is peculiar of PPG is that the girl, when were shown grown up(only once in canon multiple times in fanon) they are always identical body wise. Now this is because there is the logic of the triplets going on. BUT. apart that they are not TRULY triplets in the human biological sense of the term, ther eis still the fact that thteir different personalities lead to different life styles at some point, that would reflect in their body somehow.
Or just let ana rtist like you give them their perosnal twist on them, capturing their personalities and moxie in quite accurate way (blossom in particular look really good)
