Holy bajeezus, this was a fun one to draw. I love images so heavy in blacks that I can basically take huge sections of the sketch and denote where solid black shadows will be just by putting some Xs in that those spaces XD
For some reason it's super satisfying when I've finished a sketch and I can actively see where the heavy shadows will be.
I kinda sorta technically did another commission of this sort for FNGR right after this one but I don't really want to post that one because... well, the sketch was done by someone else. I just inked and coloured it. I guess I wouldn't feel right posting it XP
For this commission I was given a character and a very specific image (From Tokyo Ghoul) to use as a transformative reference. The process of trying to turn the humanoid mask design into one that would fit a pony was so much fun, you don't even know XD
