Actually, he's not "miniature". He's a Shetland Sheepdog and, per AKC standards, is within height standard for the breed. Per the standard, the minimum height for a Sheltie is 13 inches at the shoulder and the maximum is 16 at the shoulder. Edan falls nearly in the middle at 14 5/8 at the shoulder.
