A wet face is a beautiful face.

Hehe, no, it's not a painting. If you look closely at the textures, it's obviously from a photograph, as even the best photorealistic artists can't get details and textures down to the millimeter.

That's not to say it wasn't modified after it was taken. The face has a conspicuous lack of the sort of normal texturing and blemishes on a human face, giving it a doll-like quality. I'm not sure if it was a model in heavy make-up or perhaps Vaseline (there's certainly Vaseline on the lips) or if it was Photoshopped afterwards for that effect. My face certainly doesn't look like that when it's wet.

Agreed, the face is hella shiny. Almost plastic looking? awesome picture none-the-less.
