• RESELLING/ TRADING: reselling any adopt you've purchased from me is totally fine, as long as credit is given. please try to keep the price of the adopt around the price you purchased it for, unless art is included. don't buy them with the intent of making a profit off of them. trading or gifting is also fine, as long as credit is given. in both instances, please contact me if you can to notify me of the change of ownership.
• EDITS: major edits to the design are not allowed, though small edits are acceptable. please contact me if you aren't sure what's allowed.
• COMMERCIAL USE: please contact me before using the design for profit.
• CREDIT: no credit is needed after the first piece of art is credited.



AUCTION TOS:

• RETRACTING BIDS: absolutely not allowed. doing so may result in being blacklisted from participating in future auctions.
• PAYMENT HOLDS: are allowed but please include how long your hold is standing for in your bid.
