Nobody ever draws this guy, mainly because he's still nameless. I call him "Wobble" because one of his songs is called "WobbleTangleFestival"... Which abbreviates to "WTF".
I imagine him with a wildly fluctuating voice, not unlike F.A.N.G. of Street Fighter V. However, Wobble's voice would be much gruffer and demanding sounding and possibly have a German accent.

...He's freaking adorable. AGH. I wanna play as him, but my allegiance lies elsewhere.
