Hmmm... I have an idea. *I open your beak and slide your mouth out of the nozzle, which causes the water to gush out of the hydrant. So, I decided to block the leakage by leaning on the hydrant. You're unstuck from the hydrant, but now I'm atruggling to keep the hydrant from gushing more water.*

*As the bluejay is finally freed, he gives a deep sigh of relief and chirps a thank you* I think it's alright to let the hydrant go, should be some fireman coming soon anyway since i'm sure the jetpack crashed somewhere nearby...
