Another view, showing the redone plumbing. The next day the exterminator arrived and dumped a few gallons of poison into the trench for termites and other burrowing creatures. He was followed by the project supervisor and the building inspector. With the approvals in place, rebuilding could proceed.

i had to totally redo a 1m x 1m section over the kitchen ... drywall, studs and all and it was SO not fun and SUCH a pain in the ass i just hired someone to do the bathroom who's coming tomorrow ... never laid tiles before anyway X3
but they did toss the bombshell on me today that they will have to cut out the drywall i put up just a few days ago XD
