Another exercise in the quest to get me drawing again...
I felt inspired to do some practice work from life and had no other subject but myself, so here we are.
This isn't meant to be a detailed, perfected study- just trying to get things down on paper.
The general consensus is that this doesn't look exactly like me, but it READS like me, which is fine. :)

i reconize you right there.
you have to remeber that portrates are just caricature of the subject. this in mind wile doing this type art, you only concentrate on the features that reminds us of the subject.
Now if you follow that mindset, drawing a portrate will bcome easier =)
this is quite a nice work indeed. a other recomendation in this type of pencil art: try to follow always the same wave f line. as in, all in the same direction or ina "logic" path. So the eyes can follow the flow of the lines.
