This character is Tessa, who is in the same story as good ol' Jack ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/122494/ ). 25 years old, and despite her rather cleavage-y clothing, is possessed of crippling social phobias. The stone in her right hand bestows upon her (and others) an incredible power and duty.
Several times I've drawn images that were vaguely and unintentionally related to tarot cards until I was thinking of a title. In this case, though, I was intentionally going for the tarot card, as the characters in this group all accidentally happened to share traits with tarot cards that also matched their visual imagery.

Great to see some new art from you! Nice work on her pose. Her neck looks too thick/ muscular to me; which is something people have been pointing out about my own art, on more than one occasion... XD

Hrrm, yeah, I didn't notice it until you mentioned it, but the lin from her left shoulder comes down at the tip of her chin, and ends up looking like part of her neck, which wasn't intended. I shall have to watch for that. ^_^;;

I think I covered everything I loved about this image in your LJ, but just to reiterate, it's quite lovely. I'm so used to drooling over and adoring the way you draw male characters that I'd almost forgotten that you're equally adept with the female form. Tessa looks glorious. :)
