Nope
The island of Komodo is part of Indonesia. Not a lot of people live there, mostly because its quite arid. Australia is home to monitor lizards though, which are relatives of Komodo dragons.

That's a very nice photoshop ^^ It's almost perfect except for the smallest amount of uncanny valley going on where your feet match the road: the angles don't quite line up
