I wanted to experiment with my new camera’s continuous drive mode. My son owns a bowling center, so this naturally came to mind. I was able to set my camera near the pins where ordinary average guys are not permitted to stand (for good reason) and capture these images.

In this photo, the ball has only just made contact with the head pin, as evidenced by the slight blurring of the red “crown” pattern around the neck of the pin. Compare that with the 3-pin to its right, in the dead center of the frame.
