It was a busy morning in the dispatch wing of the Wolfwood Police Department. Emily walked through the office from her break with a now empty coffee mug. The lynx hummed to herself lightly as she went. She sat down at her desk and put her headphones on her head ready to get back to work. She clicked to open a folder on her comupter before the familiar ring tone of her phone ringing caught her attention.

"Wolfwood Police Department how can I help you?" she asked as she pressed the answer button on the phone.

"Oh dear God please help! He's got a gun!" came the panicked voice on the other side of the line.

"What? Okay calm down. What's happening and where are you?" asked Emily quickly.

"I'm in downtown Wolfwood. There's a guy here with a gun and a bomb and he says he's going to blow up the building!" aid the male on the other line.

"A bomb. Okay sir please calm down. I can have officers on the scene in a few minutes. Where are you?" asked Emily calmly.

"Pfft April Fools!" said the male with a laugh.

"You know I can trace this call right?" asked Emily next.

"Go ahead. I'm on a pay phone. I'll be gone before you pigs show up!" said the male as he slammed the reciever down.

Emily flinched from the sound of the disconnected call and sighed to herself. "This is going to be a long day..." she said as she stood and picked her coffee mug back up. She was going to need more coffee for this morning.
