this is why you never eavesdrop, fellas.
there are many rhinos and tigers on the force so i'm not sure which ones are mchorn and delgato, but i'd like to think it's the ones punching frankie in the birthday scene. (then again i also like to think the one giving donuts to clawhauser is mchorn)
they're not super mature when it comes to hearing about the functions of the female anatomy, and the fact that they tend to see frankie as one of the guys makes it weird for them every time they're reminded that she's a woman

Incidentally, Rich Moore stated on Twitter that Delgato is a lion. :3

Actually in the movie when Chief Bogo calls officer DelGato a lion does step up... He's seated behind Judy and looks a lot like the lion that walks out the platform next to Judy and that Giraffe in the trailers.
I just watched the movie again... Also there are 2 rhinos on the scene McHorn and Rhinowitz. One of them is next to Judy and the other is the one that punches Frankie...

they shouldn't have made a wiki yet... I mean there's tons of stuff we still don't know about the characters and reading the tweets you sent there are lots of unexplored districts in Zootopia yet to be explored I read Outback Island (where the kangaroos live, for example) and the nocturnal district (can't imagine how they pull that one off...)
